Acceptance of applications for RIGF 2026 Special Course extended

The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ continues to accept applications for the new RIGF 2026 Special Course for Youth, which will be held online from March 14 to 31 in the wake of the 16th Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2026).
Students, postgraduates and young professionals of various specialization, who are interested in management, development, use of the Internet and digital technologies are invited to participate.

Participation is free, the course will run fully online.

Applications are accepted until March 7 – applicants will have to fill in the form and give elaborate and satisfactory answers to motivational questions. The Special Course organizers will decide on admitting the applicant based on these answers, as the number of available places is limited. 

During the course the participants will discuss with experts the main issues of the RIGF 2026 program and formulate the key points revealing the young people’s view on the current agenda. The key points are to be presented at the RIGF 2026 closing ceremony.

The Special Course for 2026 includes six educational webinars (on March 14, 21 and 28) and three interactive meetings (on March 19, 24 and 31), where the participants will master the instruments of creative team online work.

The debating points include: global digital contract, protection of children in the online space, AI in medicine, cloud services and data sovereignty, cultural diversity and support for national languages.

Upon successfully completing the Special Course, participants will be awarded certificates.
