The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ and the Center for Global IT-Cooperation are pleased to announce a call for contributions to their specialized annual publication, The Internet Today and Tomorrow – 2026.
This expert article collection will explore a broad scope of topics related to the evolution of digital technologies, the IT industry, and the contemporary information landscape.
We welcome submissions from members of the academic and expert community, postgraduate students, Master’s and Bachelor’s degree candidates, and specialized researchers.
The collection will be presented at the 16th Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2026), scheduled for April 7–8, 2026. Following the launch, the work will be published in a printed edition, with a digital version to be made available through the Russian Scientific Citation Index database.
The deadline for article submissions is March 10, 2026. We welcome original, previously unpublished works for inclusion in the collection.
