The general meeting of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ founders was held on December 18.The meeting participants approved the Coordination Center’s 2026 financial plan (budget) and plan of work.
They reviewed some other issues and approved a new version of the Accreditation Agreement, due to enter into force on January 23, 2026, as well as the issue of governing bodies of the Center for Global IT Cooperation.
The general meeting of founding members is the top governing body of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ. Current founding members include the Russian Federation, with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) exercising various functions and prerogatives on its behalf. Other founders include the Regional Community Center for Internet Technology (ROCIT), the Association of Documentary Telecommunication, the Russian Research Institute for the Development of Public Networks, and the Internet Development Institute.
