A new Moscow-based registrar, Virtrum, has been successfully accredited by the .RU and .РФ domains.
The accreditation agreement with the registrar was signed on December 16, 2025.
The new registrar will begin operations after passing technical testing at the Technical Center of Internet and signing an agreement for access to the .RU and .РФ domain registry.
