The shortlist for the 13th national DOT Journalism 2025 competition has been published on the Coordination Center’s website. This annual competition for journalists and bloggers covering the domain industry and IT aims to popularize domain-related topics among internet users, highlight the advantages of owning a domain name, and enhance the professionalism and quality of reporting on internet addressing systems. This year marks the 13th time that awards will be presented to the best industry journalists.

Applications for the DOT Journalism 2025 competition were accepted from June 6 to November 1, 2025. This year, participants submitted more than 800 articles, reports, and analytical materials about the domain industry and other internet addressing systems. The competition jury selected the best works in each of the five categories:
- Speaking and Writing in Russian (best article to mark the 15th anniversary of the .РФ domain)
- Domain Coffee Break: How’s Life in the Industry (reports on various industry events)
- Domain Security/Danger (reports on cybersecurity)
- Domains in Lay Terms (best article for mass readers)
- Yunkory (special category for young correspondents under 18)
The winners will be announced on December 14 at the 2025 Runet Prize ceremony. All laureates will receive diplomas and valuable prizes.
The DOT Journalism 2025 competition is organized by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ with the support of the Russian Association of Electronic Communications (RAEC) and the Smart Internet Foundation (administrator of the .ДЕТИ domain).
