Konsul, a new domain name registrar based in Dubna, has successfully completed accreditation in the .RU and .РФ domains.
The accreditation agreement with the company was signed on November 1, 2025. The new registrar will begin operations after passing technical testing at the Technical Center of Internet and signing an agreement for access to the .RU and .РФ domain registry.
Currently, there are 152 registrars accredited in the Russian .RU and .РФ domains.
