On September 24-26, the Moscow Country Club will host the 29th Russian Internet Forum (RIF 2025). The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ, a long-standing participant and partner of RIF, has taken on the role of anniversary partner this year. As per tradition, the Coordination Center organizes specialized domain sections where leading industry experts share insights into the development of the Runet. In addition, it holds meetings with registrars and hosting providers, as well as interactive activities such as master classes, quizzes, and trivia games with valuable prizes.
At 11 a.m. on September 24, in the Lesnoi Hall, the Coordination Center will host a key session titled “Languages Spoken by the Internet.” The discussion will explore how multilingual support is transforming the digital landscape, why this is essential for Russia’s regions and for digital sovereignty as a whole, and other related issues. The list of key speakers includes Sergei Bobryshev (ParaType), Alexei Rogdev (TCI), Maria Kolesnikova (Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ), Alesya Degtyareva and Aronia Feride (House of the Peoples of Russia), and Yelena Litovchenko (Ruwiki). The session will be moderated by Andrey Vorobyev, Director of the Coordination Center.
The Coordination Center’s Domain House will once again become a hub of activity at CyberDacha, offering visitors some of the forum’s most engaging events on September 24 to 26:
- September 24 at 5 p.m., September 25 at 4 p.m.: RIF participants will be tested on their cyber knowledge in the Explore the Internet quiz;
- September 26, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m: .РФ Geography quest;
- September 26, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Crisis Room workshop;
- September 26, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Under the Hood of the Internet lecture for beginners.
In addition, a confidential, informal meeting with registrars and partners is scheduled during the forum.
