The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ is pleased to announce the recruitment of new members to its Youth Council: a platform for youth-driven initiatives, open dialogue, and active participation in shaping the future of the Runet, domain infrastructure, and the digital agenda.
We invite young individuals aged 18 to 35 who are passionate about internet governance, digital technologies, and network development to apply. Members of the Youth Council participate in major Russian and international events, implement their own projects and initiatives and represent the youth perspective in the professional community.
Examples of the Council’s activities include:
- IGF – the UN’s global Internet Governance Forum;
- RIGF – Russian Internet Governance Forum;
- Generation Connect ITU – ITU initiative for youth participation in digital policy;
- The Digital Reality podcast, Explore the Internet & Govern It board game, quest scenarios, and many other things.
Applications are open until August 25, 2025.

The results will be announced at the end of August. The new Youth Council will begin its work in September 2025.
