As a follow-up to the topic of children’s safety in the digital space, raised at the recent 15th Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2025), the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ will conduct the 12th educational webinar next Thursday at the Safe Information Environment for Childhood platform. Yekaterina Starostina, Director of Corporate Communications at M1Cloud and Head of Industry of the Department of Information Security and System Administration at IThub college, will be among the key speakers of the session Children on the Internet: Technology and Safety.
The webinar will begin at 3 p.m. Moscow time on April 24. Its topic is Critical Thinking: How to Protect the Young Generation from AI Manipulation. Together with the expert, we will discuss:
- signs of the ‘digital war’ for the user’s attention;
- specifics of the Russian information field;
- the concept of critical analysis and three simple steps to it;
- how to teach critical thinking to digital generations of users;
- how to develop digital immunity.
