The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ invites children and their parents to take part in the 9th nationwide Family IT Marathon. It will be held on the website of the Explore the Internet & Govern It interactive educational project until May 10, and registration of family teams is open throughout April 22.
The IT Marathon is held by the Coordination Center together with the Academy of Innovative Education and Development with the support of Rostelecom and the Smart Internet Foundation (domain .ДЕТИ).
The teams will have to complete 24 interactive tasks of the Technologies in Education online tournament. Bonus points can be given to get ahead of rivals in the rating for preparing and publishing a post in social media about participation in the Family IT Marathon.
The winners will receive diplomas and valuable gifts. Players on the winning teams will be awarded Ozon and Litres certificates, and their captains will also get letters of acknowledgement. Participants in the tournament who will not win leading places will receive electronic certificates of the competition.
The results of the IT marathon will be announced on International Family Day marked annually on May 15.
Over the eight years of the Family IT marathon, over 700 family teams from all over the country took place in the Family IT Marathon, or several thousands of children, their parents and friends in total.
