Registration has opened for the 15th Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2025), which will take place on April 7 at Soglasiye Hall, in the hybrid format. The forum is organized by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ and the Center for Global IT Cooperation. The anniversary partner is RIPN, and partners are the Technical Center for Internet and RU-CENTER.
As per tradition, RIGF 2025 brings together leading internet experts, government officials, businesspeople and representatives of public internet regulating organizations.
This year, participants and experts will discuss:
- cybersecurity;
- international cooperation mechanisms;
- children’s safety on the internet;
- development of satellite communications and space internet;
- Global Digital Compact and development of digital cooperation;
- principles of countering digital disinformation.
Moreover, RIGF 2025 will become the site where the 15th anniversary of the .РФ Cyrillic ccTLD will be celebrated and Virtuti Interneti awarded (“For the merits in the sphere of the internet”).
