On February 5-6, 2025, Moscow will host the 27th National Information Security Forum. Infoforum is a major annual IT event in Russia held since 2001. Originally initiated by the Office of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and the State Duma Committee on Security, Infoforum was the first information security event in Russia that eventually became a high-profile industry gathering.
The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ will be a partner of a forum session on international cybersecurity, the economy of data and building trust at the international level. Director of the Coordination Center Andrey Vorobyev and President of the National Association of International Information Security and Co-Chair of the Infoforum Organizing Committee Boris Miroshnikov will moderate the discussion.
Project Manager Olga Baskakova and Consultant on Coordination Center Infrastructure Vadim Mikhailov will present a report on cooperation on cybersecurity in the domain industry. Coordination Center experts will present examples of international cooperation in cybersecurity and the latest results of RDRS (Registration Data Request Service, a new ICANN service that handles requests for access to nonpublic registration data in gTLDs), as well as on Russia’s experience in cooperation between competent organizations, the registry (the Coordination Center) and domain registrars as part of the Domain Patrol project.
