On December 12, the Russian Working Group on Universal Acceptance held a face-to-face meeting at the office of the .RU/.РФ Coordination Center.
During the meeting, Chair of the Russian Working Group on Universal Acceptance Maria Kolesnikova presented a report on the results of the group's activities for 2024. The meeting was also attended by Andrey Vorobyev, Director of the Coordination Center for .RU/.РФ. He spoke about plans to hold festive events in honor of the 15th anniversary of the Cyrillic .РФ domain in 2025, which will focus on the topic of universal acceptance.
Also, thematic units on universal acceptance will be included in the program of the Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2025) and the TLDCON conference.
At the end of the meeting, the participants summarized the results of their activities in the outgoing year and approved the work plan for 2025.
