Experts from the Coordination Center held a Safe Internet lesson and a Quiz "Study the Internet - Govern it!" at the summer youth conference at the Valuevo sanatorium (Prefecture of Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts).
The Conference was held for the 15th time, and the main topic in the year of the family was: "Family - Focus on the Future". The first educational shift for students was organized in 2011 by employees of the Baytik Foundation with the support of the city administration. Over the past 14 years, active high school students discussed and explored many fascinating topics in the format of business games and creative tasks, including modern professions, journalism and the psychology of relationships.
Keeping a course for the future, it is impossible to ignore modern technologies and the Internet. Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ Andrey Vorobyev held a lesson on safe Internet for the children, during which he talked about information technologies, Internet safety and how not to be baited by scammers.
After the lesson, participants and the team of camp counselors tested their knowledge in the Quiz "Study the Internet - Govern it!". The level of questions was high, but children successfully coped with difficult questions and received prizes from the project.
