On July 12, the summer internship at the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ of third-year students of the RUDN University came to an end. Over the course of two weeks, 13 students in the “Applied Digital Philology” direction developed their skills in writing texts on IT topics, took part in the development of media products and the process of creating educational projects.
The two weeks turned out to be busy: guys prepared instructions in pictures and videos for teachers on using the “IT lesson” and the “Knowledge” and “Quiz” sections of the “Study the Internet - Govern It!”, and also tried their hand at developing a channel promotion strategy “Internet Governance." Another creative task was the creation of publications for the pages of “Study the Internet - Govern It!” and .ДЕТИ on social networks.
“The experience at the company exceeded my expectations. Mentors generously shared their knowledge and experience, answered questions and helped solve problems. Thanks to the assigned tasks, we were able to create a project that reflects us and our views on the task. Overall, the practice allowed me to gain invaluable experience!” – student Maria Doronina said.
The Coordination Center is certain that these two weeks helped the children in improving their job skills, applying knowledge in practice, and learning to function under multitasking settings.

I expected something boring: working with documents, archives or tables in Excel, but as soon as I met with the heads of the practice, I immediately realized that it would be interesting. To say that I received professional delight from the practice is to say nothing. Thanks to RUDN and the Coordination Center for the opportunity to express yourself creatively!” – student Maria Pashnina said.
The practice took place within the framework of the signed Cooperation Memorandum between the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ and the RUDN University.
