About 1,100 people from 106 countries participated in ICANN79 in person, and another 526 people registered online – more than 300 of them attended the forum for the first time. During the six days of the forum, 199 panels were held.

Experts from the Coordination Center participated in ICANN79 events and discussions.

The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ website published an overview of the conference results, including abstracts of ICANN management speeches at the opening ceremony as well as a list of the main topics at ICANN79 meetings and sessions.

During the traditional TechDay workshop, experts discussed the technical aspects of registries such as DNS infrastructure implementation issues, new services, problems of introducing and using unified electronic identifiers, opportunities for sharing experience, and much more.

At the DNSSEC and Security Workshop, participants discussed digital trust, the fight against misinformation, and the ecosystem of trust registries and opportunities for their application to counter fraud in the network.
