On February 7-8, Moscow is going to host the 26th Large National Forum of Information Security “Infoforum-2024” - the largest professional forum on information security.
The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ will act as a partner of the strategic session “International Information Security - in the Context of the Fight against Terrorism, Extremism and Cybercrime”, in which representatives of the National Association for International Information Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, SCO Secretariat, leading ICT companies are invited to participate. The discussion will be moderated by the Director of the Coordination Center Andrey Vorobyev, Deputy Director of the Department of International Information Security of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Olga Melnikova and President of the National Association for International Information Security Boris Miroshnikov. Advisor to the Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ Vladimir Gorzhaltsan will address the session with a report “International cooperation in the field of ensuring Internet addressing security.”
An article “Phishing — the Main Threat to the Runet” was published on the forum’s online portal, which describes how the Coordination Center, in cooperation with its partners - participants in the Domain Patrol and Netoscope projects, fights for the security of the Runet and counters phishing and other cyber threats.
Also, during the forum there will be a booth of the Coordination Center, where participants will be able to learn more about the Domain Patrol project and communicate with Center’s experts.
