Monograph release: International Security in ICT

A newly released collective monograph, developed by the National Association of International Information Security, focuses on regulating the responsible conduct of countries in the ICT environment. The monograph titled International Security in ICT was co-authored by Vladimir Gorzhaltsan, Advisor to the Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ.

The purpose of the research was to develop scientifically sound recommendations on international cooperation in the secure use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the emerging global information space. The recommendations were presented at Infoforum-2023.

Findings of the research were presented at the international forum Partnership of the State, Businesses and Civil Society to Ensure International Information Security, held in Moscow on September 19–21, 2022, and at the Cyberstability international conference in Moscow on December 11, 2022. The abstract with the research findings was submitted to the Chair of the UN Open-Ended Working Group on Security of and in the Use of Information and Communications Technologies 2021–2025.
