The 12th Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2022) is going to be held on September 28-29, 2022, by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ
Registration for the Forum is already opened!
The Forum’s guests will discuss the development of the Global Digital Compact proposed by UN Secretary-General António Guterres, regulation of the Internet and its ecosystems, the role of digital platforms in ensuring the right to access information, as well as censorship by these platforms. In addition, RIGF 2022 speakers and participants will talk about preserving human capabilities on the Internet based on the use of artificial intelligence, new technologies in EdTech, cybersecurity, digital risks, and youth participation in Internet Governance. Young participants of RIGF 2022 will present the Youth Message, formed as part of a special course held on the eve of the Russian Internet Governance Forum at the final section of the Forum.
And, of course, the Virtuti Interneti Award Ceremony and a lecture by the Internet prize winner will take place at RIGF 2022. The winner will be announced on September 29, 2022.
Pre-registration is required to participate in RIGF 2022. Participation is free.
