The Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation hosted a ceremonial event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the creation of the All-Union Pioneer Organization named after V.I. Lenin. The event was organized by the Academy of Innovative Education and Development with the support of the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President, the All-Russian State Public Organization "Union of Women of Russia", the National Association for the Interaction of the Governing Councils of Educational Organizations of the Russian Federation and the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia.
Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ Andrey Vorobyev has announced the winners of the All-Russian children's creative competition "Pioneer means first", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Soviet pioneers.

“I was asked: what should a pioneer of the 21st century be like? Recalling my pioneering childhood and youth, I can say that in addition to all the qualities that the pioneers possessed in those years, today it is extremely important that the pioneers have a high level of digital competencies, can lead and bring young cyber volunteers and cyber combatants to a new level ", Andrey Vorobyev noted.
