Registration for the II Youth Internet Governance Forum (Youth RIGF 2022), which is going to be held on May 13 in Moscow, is almost over. Applications for participation in-person can be submitted until tomorrow, May 5, and registration for online participation will be closed on May 10. You can apply on the Forum website.
The Forum is organized by the Center for Global IT-Cooperation and is going to be held in a hybrid format: offline at the Digital Business Space, and online.
During the Youth RIGF, you will be able to listen to leading experts in the field of IT, to discuss the prospects for the development of the Internet, and also to take part in sections devoted to the most pressing issues of the development of the Internet and IT technologies. Also, there will be a section devoted to the development of the YDO institution in Russia and abroad - it will be held by the Youth Digital Ombudsman (YDO) team, created by the results of Youth RIGF 2021. Interactive platforms, for example, an arena for eSports competitions will be organized at the Forum. In addition, a discussion is planned as part of the International Girls in ICT Day, where it will be possible to listen to speeches by women industry leaders in the Russian Federation.
