On November 30, the Real Project School, a competition of school students’ projects and applied research based on real assignments from employers, held its case fair.
The 10th edition of the contest got underway in the 2021-2022 academic year. The anniversary season opened with the case fair in the Smart City Pavilion at VDNKh. This year, about 4,000 students from Moscow and regional schools, colleges and universities are taking part in the contest. Over 50 organizations and partner companies served as employers. The Real Project School has involved over 20,000 students and 150 partner companies since its inception. The Real Project School is developing in 22 Russian regions.
Every year, School No. 2086, the Moscow Department of Education and Science, the Moscow Department of Information Technologies, the School of New Technologies city project, the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Successful Generation Academy project of the Academy of the Russian Education Ministry, and National University of Science and Technology MISiS organize the contest. Its general partner is Volnoye Delo, a foundation supporting social innovation founded by entrepreneur Oleg Deripaska.
The competition traditionally serves as a platform to develop engineering and technical projects and solve engineering and technical tasks proposed by employers for schoolchildren, who choose the most interesting ideas at the case fair and work on their solutions for four months.
The companies offered 80 cases at the fair.

Teams can register to solve specific cases until December 6.
After that, the teams will have four months to work on their tasks. The teams that pass the elimination round will take part in the final project conference in April 2021, where the winners will be announced.
