The 14th International Conference for ccTLD Registries and Registrars of CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, also known as TLDCON 2021, will get underway tomorrow, September 15, at 10:00. It is organized by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ, and supported by the Technical Center of Internet and MSK-IX.
This is a two-day conference that will be taking place online, on September 15 and 16. Its program includes 6 captivating sessions during which experts will discuss the latest developments and trends in the domain industry, share their experience in domain marketing and promotion, present copyright protection and domain dispute resolution methods, as well as discuss approaches to regulating the internet and present new solutions.

Make sure to tune in for the opening session that will feature Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ. Andrey Vorobyev, First Deputy Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Oleg Pekos and Murad Ibragimov, Marketing Director at UZINFOCOM. The official ceremony will be followed by the first plenary session that will be held in a roundtable discussion format, bringing together representatives from international organizations and national registries, prominent Russian and foreign technology experts, as well as heads of TLD registries and registrars, who will discuss what has been happening in the industry over the past year along with the most topical and urgent matters.
The program for the first day also includes sessions titled “Marketing in the Domain Industry” and “Secondary Domain Market.”
September 16 will start with the session “Trust on the Internet and DNS Abuse,” followed by a session on the “International and National Trends in Internet Regulation,” and the last session of the conference will be devoted to “New Technology for the Domain Industry.”
