As per tradition, the results of the Russian Family IT Marathon organized by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ and the Academy for Innovative Education and Development, with the support of Rostelecom, the Smart Internet Foundation and the School of New Technologies, were published on International Day of Families, May 15.
This year, the marathon was held for the fifth time and featured 120 family teams from 40 Russian regions. The most teams came from the Khabarovsk and Perm territories as well as the Chuvash Republic, the Samara Region, St. Petersburg and Moscow.
The competition had two stages. During the first stage, teams published posts on the IT marathon and infographics on the games of the Explore the Internet & Govern It! project. The second stage included tasks of the Internet Culture online tournament.

- 2nd place: Paskaliki, Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan)
- 3rd place: IT Derevniya, village of Islambayevo (Republic of Bashkortostan)

A special prize for the online tournament leader went to KIRSAN2021 from the village of Novomikhailovka (Novosibirsk Region).
Winners will be awarded certificates and sets of valuable prizes, which include a 3D pen, table game and useful souvenirs from the organizers of the IT marathon. All the participants in the second stage of the IT marathon (online tournament) will be able to download their electronic certificate in their personal account on the website of the Explore the Internet & Govern It! project.
In addition, the online gallery of the fifth Family IT Marathon, with the best infographics created by the teams during the first stage, has opened on the website of the Explore the Internet & Govern It! project.
