In a week, stage 1 and registration for stage 2 of the 5th Russian Family IT Marathon will end. However, family teams consisting of children in grades 5 to 11 and their parents or relatives still have time to participate in the competition. The competition will help families test their digital literacy, improve their media technology skills, and show off their creativity.
By April 20, the teams need to:
- complete a creative task (publish a post about the marathon and/or prepare an infographic on the educational games of the Study the Internet & Govern It project).
- register for the online cyberculture tournament, which consists of 24 interactive tasks. The tournament will be held on the website of the Study Internet & Govern It project on April 21 to 30.
The winners of the IT marathon will be determined by the total points earned during the first and second stages. The leaders of the first and second stages will also be awarded. The prizes include a certificate, a 3D pen, a board game and useful souvenirs from the organizers of the IT marathon. The results will be announced on May 15 – International Day of Families.
The IT marathon is organized by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ and the Academy for Innovative Education and Development with the support of the Smart Internet Foundation (.ДЕТИ), Rostelecom and the School of New Technologies.
