The Internet Dictionary at the website of the Explore the Internet & Govern It project has gained 50 new entries.
The newly included terms are related to online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), game design, computer networks, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, online education, and internet security, such as protection against phishing and safety of personal data, as well as other relevant topics.
In addition, entries on the domain name system, Multilanguage domain names and Universal Acceptance as well as the .RU and .РФ Russian ccTLDs have been added to the dictionary.
Users can receive brief theoretic training on these topics and then test their knowledge with quizzes in the corresponding game modules of the Knowledge section. The games are available to everyone who registers on the project’s website.
The account can also be used to log into the Explore the Internet & Govern It training mobile app.
