On April 19-21, the 21st RIF+KIB Russian Internet Forum will take place in the Moscow Region. The Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ traditionally supports the forum and this year has become the forum’s official partner.
The forum will feature an extensive program of events organized by the coordination center. The center experts will also attend the business sections of the forum.
Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ Andrei Vorobyev will speak at the opening ceremony. On the evening of April 20, Hall 3 will host the section, Domain Trends in Russia and the World, organized by the coordination center. Domain market experts will speak about the latest news in the global addressing system with regard to marketing, security, business development, secondary markets and email.
For the entire forum, the National Russian Domains .RU and .РФ tent will welcome visitors. The registrars ATEX, RO1, RU-CENTER, 101Domain, REG.RU, Fast Engine Registrar (FE.RU) will have stands featuring various competitions, quizzes and draw games. Anyone will be able to receive a detailed consultation on the registrars’ services and to register domain names in .RU and .РФ at discounted prices. All visitors will receive souvenirs and gifts from the registrars and the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ. The most active participants will be treated to coffee and gingerbread with .RU and .РФ logos.
Sport is not forgotten either. The Spring IT Race will take place on the morning of April 20, on the second day of the forum. Everyone who loves a healthy lifestyle is invited to join. The race will start at 8 am and participants will have a refreshing 5-kilometer run through a forest. The IT Race is being cosponsored by 1C-Bitrix. The winners will receive prizes, while others will be presented with T-shirts and backpacks.
