The Website Formula fall series of seminars is concluding. The Coordination Center for TLD RU/РФ has taken part in the Website Formula since 2016, and its experts have delivered speeches in many Russian cities from Kaliningrad to Khabarovsk and Vladivostok. In total, the center’s speakers visited 16 Russian cities this year, including 10 cities in the fall alone.
“The center’s participation in this year’s Website Formula series concluded with a speech by Yevgeny Pankov in Yoshkar-Ola. He spoke about the responsibility of website owners and information intermediaries, how to keep a website from being blocked, and how to properly work with domain names. The participants were interested in the rights and responsibilities of internet resource owners, legal aspects of the registration and use of domain names and examples of judicial practice in domain disputes.
“All seminars, in which I’ve ever participated, had good feedback. It’s nice that the audience asks various questions and tries to deal with pressing subjects. This is our internet audience, thanks to which the Russian domain space is growing, and we’re interested in providing the latest information on internet law, sharing our experience and assisting with problems. I think we’ll continue to participate in such events,” Pankov said.
