In connection with the entry into force of amendments to Federal Law No. 149-FZ On Information, IT and Information Protection of July 27, 2006, the Coordination Center has developed draft amendments to the Rules of .Ru and .РФ Domain Name Registration.
Clause 3.4.1 of the Rules may be supplemented with a provision such that the stop list will include designations which are or were used to address a website that is permanently blocked under Federal Law No. 149-FZ On Information, IT and Information Protection of July 27, 2006.
In accordance with the Regulations for Developing, Considering and Implementing Regulatory Documents, the draft amendments are available for public discussion.
Between May 5 and 20, 2016, you can send in your comments via the feedback form.
Comments will be reviewed and taken into account by the Coordination Center, after which the draft amendments will be submitted for approval to the Coordination Center’s Board.
