On January 26th, the Registrars’ Committee first meeting of the year took place in the Coordination Center’s office. The meeting participants discussed the transfer of domain names between registrars, domain name extension, relations between registrars and partners, modernization and development of the registration system. Following the discussion, the Registrars’ Committee decided to create a permanent working group that will work in all Committee’s priority directions to improve the work of accredited registrars.
We remind that Aleksey Korolyuk, General Director at REG.RU, which is an accredited domain name registrar, was chosen to be the Chairman of the Registrars’ Committee in October 2015.
