ISF head elected to EURALO Board

Five new members have been elected to the EURALO Board. There were a total of nine candidates representing EURALO member organizations from five countries: three from Germany, three from France and one each from Spain, Russia and Finland. The results of the vote were announced on December 9, 2015.

The board is elected for two years.

The following board members were elected: Mikhail Medrish, Director of the Internet Support Foundation established by the Coordination Center for TLD.RU; Jordi Iparraguirre (Spain); Yrjö Länsipuro (Finland); Annette Mühlberg (Germany); and Matthieu Camus (France).

At-Large (http://atlarge.icann.org/) is a community of Internet users who participate in shaping ICANN policies and making decisions on Internet development. Today, users’ interests at ICANN are represented by over 160 organizations and a large number of professionals from all over the world.

The European Regional At-Large Organization (EURALO) is one of five At-Large regional organizations.

The Internet Support Foundation became an At-Large member in January 2015.
