The General Meeting of Founders of Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ made a decision to terminate CEO Andrei Kolesnikov's discretion. A new Coordination Center CEO will be appointed by the General Meeting of Founders at the nearest meeting according to the Charter.
It is worth reminding that there was a General Meeting of Founders of Coordination Center on May 25, 2015, where the new charter was unanimously approved. According to changed standards of Russian legislation concerning non-profits (Article 123.25., The Civil Code), founders are included in management of the organization, as well as they take full responsibility for its activity.
On July 28, 2015, the New Charter of the organization was registered in the Ministry of Justice, and it was included in USRLE. New edition of the Charter provides more significant role of founders and state in the activity of national registry with the right of electoral council of the Coordination Center.
The founders' decision of Chapter change appeared after the try of Coordination Center Council to change legal form of the organization and to transform Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization to fund.
