A new Charter of the organization is published on the website of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU. According to the new version of the document, The Council of Founders becomes the supreme governing body of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU. Its competence includes the definition of priority activities of the Center, approval of internal documentation, as well as appointment of CEO and first Deputy Director of CC.
The Charter was changed by the unanimous decision of the Council of Founders on May 25, 2015. The new Charter was registered in the RF Ministry of Justice on July 28. Full text of the new version of Charter is available in: http://cctld.ru/ru/about/charter.php
