December 11, 2014 another elections of the members of the Coordination Center for TLD RU/РФ Council took place. New members of the Council according to the election results are Yelena Voronina, Olga Makarova, Alexander Panov and Ilya Sachkov. The Chairman of the Council is Denis Stafeev. He is going to replace Mikhail Medrish, whose term as a council member expires in 2014. New Council members will begin their work January 1, 2015.
Representative of the state is also a member of the Council. He is sent to the Council by the administration of communications of Russian Federation. Since December 2013 state representative in the Council of Coordination Center is Vartan Khachaturov, deputy director of the department of infrastructure projects of the Ministry of communications and mass media of Russian Federation.
This year the term in the Council has expired for Victor Belov, Mikhail Medrish, Pavel Khramtsov and Mikhail Yakushev.

Yelena Voronina
Chief Technology Officer at CJSC Technical Center of Internet. She has been working in the Internet industry since 1994 when she was the head of the administrative and technical team. She was a member of the Coordination group of domain .RU (1998-1999). From 1999 she has been employed as the head of MSK-IX project, deputy director at RIPN for network matters. Since 2001 she is a director at MSK-IX Computer network interaction center. A member of ENOG organizing committee.
Olga Makarova
Department head at JSC MTS. From 1999 to 2006 she participated in RANS working groups on issues related to the development of the articles in Federal Law-127 “On Communications”. In 2007-2008 she took part in the working groups of the Russian Federation Ministry of Communications and Mass Media related to the development of Internet in Russia and construction of data transmission networks. Now she is actively involved in the shaping and discussion of comments to the main bills that affect development of the Internet in Russia.
Alexander Panov
General counsel for Internet technologies in the LLC Contact-Expert. He graduated from Moscow State University majoring in physics. Also he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy. He has an MBA degree in entrepreneurship and company management. He started working in telecom industry in 1993. From 1995 he worked in Garant-Park-Telecom Ltd. where he started as a systems engineer and was eventually promoted to the position of the CEO. He also worked as managing partner at RU-CENTER Group.
Ilya Sachkov
He graduated from Moscow State Technical University, faculty of informatics and management systems, department of information security. He founded Group-IB, leader of the Russian market in the investigation of computer crimes and incidents. He is the head of the company since 2003. He is a member of International Information Systems Forensics Association (IIFSA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), International project Honeynet. He is a member of expert committee of SEC Awards, Russian Information Systems Security Professional Association (RISSPA) and RAEC Cybercrime Committee. He is a member of expert committees of the State Duma, the Council of Europe and the OSCE in the field of cyber security. In 2010 he became the first Russian winner of the awards of international conference Digital Сrimes Consortium for his contribution to the international exchange of experience in the field of computer forensics. He is a member of the PIR Center EKS working group on International Information Security and Global Internet Governance since 2012.

Also the Council decided to appoint Andrei Vyacheslavovich Kolesnikov as the director of the Coordination Center. Once in three years Coordination Center council considers the most suitable candidates for the position. The decision on the appointment of the organization director is taken by a majority vote of the members of the Council. Andrei Kolesnikov has been appointed the CC director for the third time.
