Deputy director of Infrastructure department at the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Vartan Khachaturov has become state representative in the Council of the Coordination Center from December 2014.
Vartan Khachaturov was born in 1982. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University majoring in economics and mathematics. He began his career as a system administrator of Unix-based system in CJSC “Lanit-Tercom”. Later worked in Siemens AG, CJSC “Alt Linux”, LLC “Scartel”.
September 2012 he was appointed deputy director of infrastructure department at the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. V.M. Hachaturov has successfully completed assignments of the Russian Prime Minister on the development of competitiveness in the communications industry by leading and completing the project on implementation of the mechanism for preserving phone number when changing telecom operator. It successfully functions on the territory of Russian Federation. Also he was responsible for other infrastructure projects of the Russian Federation Ministry of Communications.
