Bureau of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights has adopted a resolution «On approval of the reference of certain issues related to the procedural order of application of provisional measures in domain dispute». This document will facilitate further judicial practice systematization and development of the uniform approach to the application of provisional measures in domain disputes. Legal department experts of Coordination Center were directly involved in the preparation of this document.
«This is one of the few documents in the Russian judicial practice that describes in detail the application of provisional measures in domain disputes. Each year the number of domain disputes grows and this resolution will greatly facilitate registrar’s work in implementing the restrictions imposed by the court. Also this document is of a great importance for right holders, for them to control that provisional measures imposed by the court in domain disputes are applied», - said Sergey Kopylov, the head of Legal Department of CC.
