The Coordination Center informs that new domain name dispute procedures for .RU and .РФ ccTLDs will be effective on November 12, 2013.
The new edition includes changes and amendments approved by the Coordination Center Council on September 20, 2012. An appendix to the Terms and conditions of domain names registration, "Domain name dispute procedures", will also be effective on this date, according to the Coordination Center Council resolution.
The domain name dispute procedure becomes effective after the required complements to the domain name registration system have been made.
