The elections of the members of the Council are held according to ”Regulations on forming the Council of Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ.”.
The elections will be held from 1 October to 31 December 2012 and they will include the following procedures:
- announcement about the election of new members of the Council;
- nomination of candidates for new members of the Council; applications from candidates for new members of the Council are accepted from 1 October to 31 October 2012 inclusive;
- processing of applications for nomination of candidates and qualification - until 15 November 2012 inclusive;
- consideration of candidates by the members of the Council will be held from 16 to 30 November 2012 inclusive;
- election of new members of the Council will take place at the Council meeting that will be held from 1 to 21 December 2012;
- results of the election of new members of the Council will be published not later than 31 December 2012.
We welcome all those concerned in the realization of aims and tasks of ANO “Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ” to send applications for nomination of candidates for the members of the Council.
An application for the nomination of candidates are to be sent to the Office of Coordination Center to the name of the authorized person Malysheva Maria Yurievna at the address: 123242, Moscow, Zoologicheskaya str. 8 to ANO “Coordination Center for ccTLD .RU/.РФ Malyshevoy M. Y.
An application may also be sent in advance by fax to Coordination center: +7 (499) 254-89-63.
An application is considered to be sent in due term against the date of express mail receipt of acceptance of mail with guaranteed delivery date; or by date of sending a fax to Coordination Center a copy of application provided the original of the copy will follow; or in any other cases at the date of actual receipt of the application by Coordination Center.
Please note that according to regulations on forming the Council, the applications send by e -mail are not to be considered. However, to accelerate the processing of applications sent by express mail, we ask you to duplicate them sending by e-mail to the authorized person of Coordination Center elections@cctld.ru.
