Federal Court of Arbitration has changed the resolution on JSC RU-CENTER's proceedings

The Federal Court of Arbitration of Moscow district has reviewed an appeal filed by RU-CENTER, one of Russian registrars. The previous proceedings revolved around RU-CENTER's breach of competition laws.

The court session resulted in Federal Court of Arbitration reversing the rule of the 9th Appeal Court of Arbitration from 16.03.2012, as well as the rule of Court of Arbitration of Moscow from 01.11.2011. The cassation court has adopted a new writ, leaving clauses 1 and 4 of Federal Antimonopoly Service's decision on RU-CENTER's proceedings intact, and canceling clauses 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 of FAS's writ. The initial resolution in Russian adopted by FAS in 2011 can be found by clicking the link.
