Absentee voting by the registrars’ committee members for the election of the committee chairman ended on 12 March 2012.
Two candidates were selected to compete for the position of the chairman – Andrey Kondakov of “Naunet JSC” LLC, and Robert Gledenev of “SaleNames” LLC.
Robert Gledenev was elected the next chairman of the Registrars’ committee.

He is an honors graduate both of the physics and chemistry department of the Moscow Institute of Science and Technology (MISIS) and the physics and mathematics department of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
Robert Gledenev began his career in the field of Internet, information technologies and telecommunications in 1994. He worked at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS).
