On 21 September 2011, АNО "Coordination Center for TLD RU" announces elections to CC’s Board and start of acceptance of applications for nomination of candidates.
Elections of Board members is held in compliance with "Coordination Center for TLD RU procedures for the Board formation".
Elections will be held from 1 October through 31 December 2011 and consist of the following procedures:
- Announcement of the new Board members elections;
- Nomination of candidates to the Board; applications from nominees to the Board will be accepted from 1 October through 31 October 2011 inclusive;
- Review of nominees’ applications and verification of their consistency with requirements through 15 November 2011 inclusive;
- Consideration of nominees by the Board - from 16 through 30 November 2011 inclusive;
- Elections of the new Board members at the Board meeting to be held in the period between 1 and 20 December 2011;
- Publication of results of the elections of the new Board members – not later than 31 December 2011.
We invite all individuals and organizations keen to realize the mission of ANO "Coordination Center for TLD RU" to submit applications for nomination of candidates to the Board.
Applications for nomination of candidates should be dispatched to CC’s office to the name of Malysheva Maria Yurievna, the authorized CC's employee, at the address: 123242, Moscow, Zoologicheskaya str. 8, to ANO "Coordination Center for TLD RU" Malysheva M.Yu.
Up-front application may also be faxed on: +7 (499) 254-89-63.
Application may be considered mailed within the aforementioned timelines judging by the date of receipt issued by an express-post company with the guaranteed delivery time; or by the date on which the faxed copy of the application has been received by the CC’s fax, providing the subsequent arrival of its original; otherwise – by the date of an actual receipt of the application by CC.
Please note that in compliance with the Coordination Center for TLD RU procedures for the Board formation, applications sent by electronic mail will not be considered. However, in order to speed up the procedure of processing of applications submitted by express post, we request to send their copies to the electronic mail address of the authorized CC's employee elections@cctld.ru.
