The CC Board held its regular meeting on 21 July 2011. The Board meeting considered and approved the 2011 semiannual corporate performance report by Andrey Kolesnikov, CC’s CEO. The report will be published shortly.
Information on the activities of several CC’s working groups was submitted to the Board meeting. Specifically, the Board was informed about the activity of the ad-hoc group on introducing amendments to the Terms and conditions of domain names registration in domains .RU and .РФ. The updated comprehensive Terms and Conditions are anticipated to come into force in the coming fall.
