On 2 March 2011 the CC Board held an extraordinary meeting which dealt with proposals on elimination of violations of domain names registration terms and conditions in IDN TLD .РФ and the Accreditation Agreement, which were committed in the course of open domain names registration in IDN TLD .РФ. The CC’s Director, Andrey Kolesnikov, presented the proposals per the Board’s decision of 26 January 2011.
Having discussed all the options, the Board entrusted the CC’s Director, Andrey Kolesnikov, to improve the proposals with account of comments and new ideas received from the Board members and resubmit them to the Board within two weeks.
The Board members have also agreed that the CC’s Director has all the necessary powers to work in the framework of the effective regulations.
Following registrants’ complains, an early inspection of the RU-Tsentr began on 28 February .
