A new registrar, Kapital LLC, Naro-Fominsk, has successfully completed accreditation for the .RU and .РФ domains.
The accreditation agreement was signed on November 11, 2025. The new registrar will begin operations after passing technical testing at the Internet Technical Center and signing an agreement for access to the .RU and .РФ domain registry.
There are now 153 registrars accredited for the Russian ccTLDs .RU and .РФ.
