The domain marketplace Sedo has summed up the results of the past week: 83 transactions worth $2,000 or more were concluded on the platform: 53 in the .COM gTLD, 23 in country-code domains, and 7 in other domain zones. According to The Domains, NoLimit.com, sold for €625,000 ($725,884 at the exchange rate at the time of publication), was the clear winner of the week.
The transaction was brokered by Derick Clegg of Sedo and now ranks 12th among the largest publicly reported domain sales since the beginning of the year. This result once again underscores Sedo’s growing appeal to both sellers and buyers of premium digital assets on the secondary domain market.
In second place was Own.xyz, sold for $30,000, making it not only the runner-up overall but also the top transaction within the Other Domain Zones category. Third place went to Lending.io, in the .io country-code domain of the British Indian Ocean Territory, sold for $19,000 – the week’s highest-ranking sale among country-code domains.
