Sedo platform has released its weekly domain name sales report. During this period, the marketplace recorded 72 transactions, which included 45 .COM names, 18 names in country-code domains, and nine from other domain zones. (As always, the report only includes sales worth $2,000 or more.)
Despite the holiday season, Sedo has demonstrated excellent results for several consecutive weeks, with the number of transactions consistently exceeding 60−-70. The largest sales are always at least in the six figures, starting from $100,000, and this week was no exception. According to The Domains, Haggle.com led all sales at $150,000 – a high-potential name, as that’s exactly what users of a negotiation platform do when discussing terms or prices.
MCGA.com followed in second place at $62,000. Third overall (and first among national domains) was Tacit.ai in the Anguilla domain (.ai), which sold for $47,998. Also worth highlighting are the sales of Ovol.com for $25,000 and Kinogo.club for $24,057; the latter deal was the largest within the “other domain zones” category.
