The third biggest reported deal of the year took place on the domain market: Fuse.com was sold for $2,129,509. To be exact, the domain name cost $2,100,000 with another $29,509 paid for the services of a secure escrow service.
The seller was represented by one of the industry’s most respected domain brokers, Andrew Miller - the same expert who facilitated the year's largest deal so far: the $12 million sale of Icon.com. The domain’s seller, renowned domain investor Braden Pollock, is no stranger to major deals himself. According to DomainGang, which broke the news, the sale of Fuse.com stands out as his most lucrative in terms of the difference between the original purchase price and the final sale price.
