Both of them are recognized experts in the field of copyright and have extensive experience in participating in court proceedings and considering complaints under the Uniform Domain Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) as arbitrators.
Their website is dedicated to the specifics of applying the UDRP. Using examples of specific arbitration cases, Muscovitch and Motsnyi analyze a variety of aspects of legal practice: from their own research undertaken by arbitrators to signs of domain name steal. Each case is accompanied by detailed comments, allowing you to understand the logic of the decisions. The authors of the project expect that it will help parties involved in UDRP processes to prepare for them in the best possible way, or abandon the very idea of filing a complaint under the UDRP.
