According to her message, according to Domain Incite, as of September 23 of this year, there were 306,861 names in the domain. The previous time this data was updated on June 14, and then the number of registrations was 248,609. Thus, in just over three months, the .AI domain added over 50,000 registrations.
It is worth noting that from July 2022 to June 2023, the .AI domain zone grew by a little more than 100,000 names. Now, in just three months, an increase of 50,000 has been achieved. Of course, its reason is the growing popularity of artificial intelligence and the continuous discussions of this topic in the media and social networks (AI stands for Artificial Intelligence). The domain zone also showed a fantastically high level of registration renewal - over 90%. True, representatives of the registry expect a decrease in this indicator in the future due to too rapid growth recently.
