AI.com sold for allegedly $11 million

Saw.com acted as a broker for a deal that has excellent chances of becoming, if not the largest, then one of the largest in the domain market this year: the AI.com has changed ownership. This abbreviation means in English "Artificial Intelligence" - one of the most sought-after technological areas of our time.

The seller was Future Media Architects, which owned the domain name for many years. And the buyer was OpenAI, the developer of one of the main sensations of recent months - the ChatGPT chat bot. The capabilities of ChatGPT's artificial intelligence are amazing: it is able to write coherent texts, find answers to complex questions, program, and so on. Actually, the AI.com domain is already redirecting to the ChatGPT website.

None of the parties to the transaction disclosed its amount, however, Insane, citing the head of Saw.com Jeffrey Gabriel, reports that the domain name was acquired for $ 11 million, and there is no reason to doubt the words of the head of the company that acted as a broker.
